• Yes. For emergency callouts we charge a fee. An example of an emergency callout would be a burst pipe or suspected gas leak.

  • No. We do not charge for a new bathroom estimate or boiler quote.

  • We provide quotes for boilers as we can more confidently price this work, with it being less likely to encounter any unexpected factors that would affect our pricing.

    For bathroom installations we provide an estimate as sometimes we can encounter unexpected factors upon starting or during the work. An example of this might be removing existing tiles to find the wall or floor below is rotten. Our estimates cleary state what inclusions and exclusions apply.

  • We would expect a small, fully tiled 4m² bathroom to take 2 weeks. This includes decommissioning and installation.

  • 10 days prior to the works starting we will send a Pre-work checklist to help make things run as smoothly as possible. This will include things like clearing your current bathroom of loose items.

    We will also advise when any noisy tasks might be undertaken and will always do an end of day tidy up.

  • Payment plans are available for bathroom installations and large maintenance jobs.

    We ask for a 20% deposit to be paid 2 weeks prior to works starting. With the remaining balance being paid in 2 instalments. The 1st at the mid point of the project and 2nd paid upon completion.

  • Yes, for bathroom installations and larger maintenance projects we accept credit cards however, a 3% transaction fee will be added.

    We show a ‘pay by debit card’ and ‘pay by credit card’ option on our quotes and estimates.
