At every step of the process Richard was absolutely brilliant. I was very inexperienced and unsure of what I wanted, so he helped on the design, sourcing of materials and guiding me through the process. He sent me links of materials and different ideas for the design and then sent through a full cad mock up image of what it will look like.

Richard was polite and professional throughout. He explained what he was doing while he did it, answered all my questions, and troubleshooted some unexpected issues that arose. He cleaned up after himself perfectly and even offered to follow up if I had any issues. I would highly recommend his services and have already asked him back to sort something else.
